Abstract
AI or machine learning can be potentially applied to the entire drug discovery and development pipeline. Every pharma company is interested in AI and ML especially deep learning these days. I will present our recent works using deep learning on these topics, covering drug repurposing, drug drug interaction, drug target interaction, medication recommendation, trial outcome prediction, trial site selection, and patient-trial matching.
